Delivery & Shipping Costs

 

The shipment of our goods is done through DHL.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of €0.00 per order. This applies to payment by credit card/Paypal and in advance.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) are charged at a flat rate of 14.90 euros.

Orders from non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland) are charged at least EUR 25.00 or based on the actual shipping costs.

All other countries at cost.

For deliveries to non-EU countries such as Switzerland, we ship the goods tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service flat rates when importing into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please note that we have to state the value of the items for legal reasons.
